FollowRadar is built with privacy as its primary foundation. All processing of your Instagram export files (including followers.json, following.json, and .zip archives) occurs entirely inside your local web browser memory using client-side JavaScript. Your Instagram files, follower lists, and raw relationship data are never uploaded, transferred, or stored on any external server or third-party database.
To enforce our fair-use subscription policy (maximum of 3 distinct profiles analyzed per account), we extract and securely store only the **Instagram username** of the profile being analyzed in our database. No other uploaded file data or list content is ever transmitted or saved.
We use Google Sign-In strictly to authenticate your account. When you log in, we collect and store your **Google username (name), email address, and profile picture** to manage your account profile and sync your Pro subscription status across your devices.
FollowRadar does not require or request your Instagram password or account credentials. You do not need to connect your Instagram account or input credentials. Your data is analyzed entirely offline inside your browser. You only sign in using your Google account to sync your FollowRadar Pro subscription status.
We may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information (such as browser type, time and date, subject of clicked ads) to provide relevant advertisements.
FollowRadar provides direct links to Instagram profile pages (e.g. instagram.com/username). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Inc. Clicking external profile links will open Instagram's official website, governed by Instagram's own privacy policy.
